I får den lige på engelsk fordi jeg har spurgt det samme spørgsmål på en anden side men fik ingen gode svar..

I can't really understand why im skinny because im not very active during the day. Im just mostly sitting inside watching tv or playing video games.
If you are thinking im not skinny, then listen i can see and feel my ribs on my chest and my arms are so thin too..
Don't think im eating salat , fruit and vegetables only.
lately i been eating pizza almost every day for 2 weeks.
and haven'tgained weight , i actually lost weight.
normally i eat regular food , like barbeque,lalasagnend other types of regular food..
Why am i so skinny and what can i do about it ?
I hope i can get some quick responds here...

Du skal dyrke noget motion, styrketræning ville være godt for dig...Hvis du ikke vil være FED skal du droppe din levevis du er på nu. Og gå over til sund mad dvs kød,grønsager,frugt osv...De gode fedt stoffer for du bla fra advokado og nødder-mandler-olivenolie osv...Hvis du fortsætter med din livsstil bliver du ikke bare FED men for også livstilssygdomme på sigt- så mit råd til dig er at sadle om i en fart....

Det lyder som alle dine muskler er ved at omdanne sig til fedt, og fordi muskler vejer mere end fedt taber du dig.
Jeg vil nok sige at du burde have en sundere livstil, for det kan være du er "tynd-fed"
